E. Michael Brezina, III
Attorney E. Michael Brezina, III, has been practicing law since 2004. Over his nearly 20-year legal career, Michael gained a unique and diverse legal experience, which serves his clients well.
For the first 16 years of his career, Michael mostly focused as a defense attorney for physicians/surgeons, other health care providers and hospitals in Health Care Liability Actions (“HCLA”) – or Medical Malpractice lawsuits. During this time, he also gained experience across a number of other practice areas, including Small Business & Commercial Disputes, Contract Drafting & Negotiation, Personal Injury (and other types of Civil Litigation), Health Care Law/HIPAA, Construction, Entity Formation and Insurance Coverage. In the past few years, Michael expanded his practice into Sports & Entertainment law, specifically the Name, Image & Likeness (“NIL”) space.
His clients have repeatedly remarked they appreciate his ongoing communication with them, care/compassion, experience and attention to detail.
Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, who is a Social Worker at the UT Cancer Center. He also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, college and high school athletics, playing music, including the piano and guitar, listening to music and playing with his dogs.
