Jason J. Thirkell joined Reynolds, Atkins, Brezina & Stewart as an associate in 2024. While there, he was selected by and served on the Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Jason graduated from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
Jason focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Small Business/Commercial Disputes, Insurance-related representation. and Trial Practice. His practice also includes Contract Drafting & Negotiation, Breach of Contract, Wrongful Death, and Construction Law.
In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his dog, various charity golf tournaments, UT sports, and volunteering at Young Williams Animal Shelter.
