Attorney Keith D. Stewart has a broad and diverse practice, which includes a range of practice areas. Over the past decade, Keith has focused much of his practice on Personal Injury, including Mass Torts and Toxic Torts, Commercial/Small Business Disputes, Medical Malpractice/Health Care Liability Actions (“HCLA”), and Criminal Defense. Keith’s practice also includes Civil Litigation, Trial Practice, Real Estate Law, Employment Law/Wrongful Discharge, and Construction.
Keith particularly enjoys working with and representing entrepreneurs, software developers/engineers, small businesses/owners, and leaders across a wide spectrum of industry, technology (including medical technology), science, and medicine.
Keith excels at finding client-focused solutions to real-world problems and enjoys the relationships he fosters with his clients. His diverse background and experience set him apart from his colleagues. Clients particularly appreciate Keith’s intellect, personality, compassion, and ability to simplify complex problems and issues.
Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, Joanie, and their dogs and cats (and other animals), spending time with his large family in upper East Tennessee and Southern Virginia, playing golf, reading, and UT sports.
